If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Employment Cell PREMIUM – CANCELLATION POLICY

If you choose a Premium Membership: To cancel your Employment Cell Premium Membership and avoid being charged the membership fee, follow the Cancel Membership instructions within your Account page. You may cancel at any pointfor any reason, and incur no cost.

Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded to a Free Membership after your current billing period ends.

Free Membership excludes all Premium features listed here, but you can still enjoy free scans every month.

Cancellation does not issue refunds automatically.

 

Employment Cell PREMIUM – REFUND POLICY

Here at Employment Cell, we know you’re busy job searching! If you meant to cancel your premium status prior to billing, we’re here to help.

Refunds will only be granted to Employment Cell Premium members who refute their charges within 2 calendar days of the billing period start and have not used the service within the said billing period.

To process a refund within 2 calendar days of your billing period, please email support@employmentcell.com subject line: “Refund Request” with the following:

– Reason

– Your Employment Cell email

We will grant/deny refund requests on a case by case basis.

BILLING PROCESS

  • When you sign up for any of our Premium plans, you will be billed every calendar month (Monthly Plan) or quarterly (every 3 months Plan) from the date of subscription.
  • Until you cancel, billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of subscription.
  • Employment Cell is not responsible for continued subscriptions should a user forget to cancel their account. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the cancellation.
